Pharaohs Shisha Lounge

90 minutes prior to closing, they decided not to let anyone else in? They weren’t at capacity.. possibly only had two tables occupied.. and even after telling them we just Uber’d 30 minutes there- the best they could do was take our number and call us IF they decide to let anyone else in. Weird. Won’t be returning.

This is a QUALITY hookah lounge. Peter was very professional and attentive during my entire time here. The lounge was clean, the hookah was great, and the atmosphere was very chill. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I’ll start by saying it was my first time visiting owner was very Rude ! The seats have tape that you have to sit on (Tacky don’t wear shorts skirts dresses ouch !! ) Charged for ice that was in the bottom of the bag (No Good) The Hooka burned extremely fast and was rude about the entire situation when we approached him nice and respectfully about it (could’ve made some type of accommodation to show customer appreciation) then there’s A $20 fee to byob that he didn’t tell the group about till after he seen it The Bathroom was smelly basically Really needs renovation just was just A very bad experience Never going back not recommend every part was a Poor

I have been to a many of hookah lounges & this is by far the worst. Where do I start? When me & party 1st walked in "the supposedly owner" Peter wouldn't even let his worker do her job by checking us in. He stood over her to make sure she charged us correctly, which was $150 for our party of 5. Overpriced, but we didn't mind. It was Peter and his rudeness the whole time we were there. Every and any question we asked, he answered back snappy & so uninterested as if he didn't want us there. The ladies bathroom was so dirty, old yellow stained pee all around the toilets at the bottom, dusty everywhere, no toilet seat covers, no soap, no patertowels. None of that I would've mind if Peter had a warm & sweet attitude. But his attitude was horrible. That's what made me notice everything. Like your place not even poppin. How you walking around here like this. Me & my crew would NEVER go back there.

On my 1st attempt they were close. Nevertheless revisited them the next day after I confirmed via phone that they are open. The stuff is very friendly and Shisha is good as well. I’ll sure will visit them again if I’m in the area.
