Platinum Hookah Lounge

This lounge is the best in metro Detroit. It is a warm and welcoming environment with quality hooka!! The owner Walter is as kind as they come his staff likewise. He says that this spot is for the "mature" crowd only. This spot is very chill and is a great place for any event! They offer a true Middle Eastern experience every Friday and Saturday evening where everyone is welcome to enjoy. The Hooka selection is awesome I personally liked ice peach best. The food was delicious and fresh. I definitely reccomend anyone to go here. Hours are 12-12 daily. This is the perfect date night spot, chill and unwind spot, or just looking for a good time spot. The customer service I received was better than ANY establishment I’ve EVER visited. Greeted at the door ,they made sure I knew how to use my hookah cup and mini torch. Held the door for me so I didn’t have to struggle on the way out and offered to help me to my car. They’re amazing and the hookah is too !

Horrible don’t got here. Walked in and was told they could only do take out as their capacity was almost full. Almost means they weren’t and did not want our business. Saw 2 more people enter after us and they were served. If it was dress code related we are around the corner and could have easily changed. Seemed as though they did not want our black dollars. Won’t make the mistake of going to this place ever again.

Called at 7pm. They said kitchen closes at 10:30 and lounge closes at 11pm. Didn’t go to Top Golf because I already made plans to go here. Came at 10:00pm and everything is pitch dark. Closed. Called again and the guy answers and says they close at 11pm and I told him I’m outside and they’re closed and he said “oh I’m sorry I’m not there they probably closed early.” Horrible management.
