Chelsea and her team did a great job assisting me throughout this entire process. They checked on me, they gave me details of what was to be expected, they put me in position to deal with all the circumstances that I was dealing with. They also sent me to some great doctors and therapists. This was my first counter with a lawyer and a team of lawyers and this team was super good and I am so appreciative of everything they provided me with during this time. I'm sorry for the 3 stars but my experience wasn't really good. Just because i got the money doesn't matter. You guys are getting paid very well for the services.Since the start of my case I've had to call for updates, sometimes thinking that my case was over. The only problem I see to get 5 stars is to engage more with the clients. I had to call then wait and wait and wait. You guys have to get better with communication. Then once my money was approved, I had to wait another 2 months.

Update: 11/1/24 This have been a nightmare frm the beginning to the end. Nobody know have to call back barely replying to emails I should have drop them because they don’t care about nobody but they pocket and every dog have its day. I only have good words for Veronica she was super sweet and understanding. Don’t do business with them if you want to feel like a number. To the reply frm Amy First off Christopher didn’t have my best interest only called me once’s the whole time. Only reason he called me because I call telling them to drop my case . So don’t come trying to convince me otherwise. He only called because I was about to take my case and handle it myself. I did all the work for him. He didn’t get the reports nor the evidence , but he did something I think not. And if you have anything you would like to discuss with me y’all got my number use it.! I wish I would have done my research better. It’s going on six months now and I feel like they playing in my face. I called asking about my case and if I could speak with the attorney that’s working my case. Yet nothing , this being a nightmare and I wish I would have done everything on my own because my attorney and team don’t have my best interests and it’s sad because I done the hard part of the case for him. I lost everything behind this accident and for them to do me like this is disappointing.

Take your case to another firm. My daughter has been dealing with the law firm for 3 years and 8 months with very little communication only the last 2 months have we been in contact for them to settle her claim without her agreeing to the settlement. My daughter is basically disabled for the rest of her life and she's only 33 years old. I've been supporting her for thus duration and I've had to pull from my savings of 20 thousand dollars to get by. So when they say they help with normal day to day life that's truly false.
