2 years agoSteer clear of Yi Fang Perry and Richard Perry. These are the worst agents ever. I was the buyer in this case and they were the sellers agents. We had a signed contract and it took them two weeks to open escrow. The seller finally called me and we were able to get things going. The poor seller was beside himself and almost lost his home in escrow in Texas. They refused to send all documents received regarding the sale. The seller and I had to stay in contact to make sure things happened. They told the seller they didn't think I could perform and could tell my looking me in the eye. Crazy considering they never met me. We closed in 37 days. It would have been two weeks earlier if they had opened escrow on time.
