4 months agoI did my immigration medicals at Dr. Romeo Samouh MD Family Practice. Had a pleasant experience, customer service was on highest level, and the doctor explained in person what goes into the envelope to avoid any unnecessary errors and possible visa delays. I just wish they did blood work at their office instead having to go to Labcorp, but itโs not that big of a deal considering everything was done smoothly, with no issues and the staff was very friendly and positive. I highly recommend this place!

2 months agoAfter a previous vaccine appointment that we were not able to complete due to an out of stock vaccine several weeks ago, I took a day off work to bring my son in for that specific vaccination, which the office confirmed the day before by telephone. Upon arrival, they again didn't have the vaccine and claimed to have called twice beforehand to inform me (calls were placed only 15 minutes prior to the 3:15pm appointment). **PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION** during the confirmation call should have been used. At no point should the appointment have been confirmed without the vaccine being in stock. Had the vaccine STILL not been in before lunch a phone call should have been made immediately. "Sorry we called you" doesnt replace the 8hrs of lost wages due to front office negligence that could have been avoided with proper communication. Disappointed, especially considering the office solicits referrals often by phone with incentive of gift cards. Maybe this same effort should be placed in communicating properly with your patients.

4 months agoFrom the first visit , to my last , it was horrible!!! His communication was zero he had me taking an ultrasound twice. I guess his clerks didn't know how to find my results in computer. I was given ph #'s that were no longer in service. He didn't fill out my referral properly I paid $50.00 for nothing , at a ENT visit. I can't see how this office could have good reviews. I switched Primary doctor and what a relief

3 months agoI had a physical appointment and I brought up terrible seasonal allergies I was suffering from. I thought the best thing would be asking to receive allergy shots.. I was given several alternatives and left content with advice I was given regarding my allergies. Great doctor and speedy service!

a week agoIn my first appointment I made, it was the worst experience, I needed medicines and tests, and they wanted to prescribe me by phone, I told them I wanted an appointment in person and they told me no, health comes first for the clinics, besides they don't do it for free .....WHAT A DISECTION ๏ฟผ
