The art of negotiation and compromise is significant in the practice of law and such skills are almost always required in order to benefit the client’s case. ย Fortunately I posess the ย skills of arbitration, mediation, negotiation, etc. ย During law school, I was a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Team where I learned to advocate for a client. ย I also spent an entire semester as a mediator at the El Cajon Small Claims court where I learned to be neutral while facilitating an agreement between the parties involved.
My ability to communicate well with clients from a variety of different backgrounds and languages enables clients to be comfortable with me. ย I serve clients that range from different ethnicities, social classes, economic backgrounds, and education levels. ย I strive to help my clients in any way I can, even making myself available during time off.
I can asist with divorce and separation, child custody and visitation, child support and spousal alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence and restraining orders, and paternity. ย Many times family law cases overlap with immigration and criminal legal issues which I can simultaneously assist you with as well based on my experience in criminal and immigration law.
