A great home cook and without any formal training, Executive Chef Rosine Najarian brought many of her family recipes from her native Syria and Lebanon when she immigrated to the United States with her husband and 3 children in 1975.

With Rosine's love for cooking and her eldest son Hagop's passion for wine, together they opened their first restaurant in 1995 in Anaheim Hills as a small six table Middle Eastern eatery. Over the years with much critical acclaim for the food, Rosine's philosophy has remained true to its  ideals; serving the finest Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with the freshest ingredient.
