2 months agoAt the end of our first year with no claims or accidents they raised our rate by about 20% in addition to asking for 33%down at renewal with little to no notice. Called to see what options we had and we basically told to kick rocks.

4 months agoGreat experience! I was in the process of buying a car and found out there are many hoops to jump through now in order to get car insurance. Ryan jumped through the hoops and made my day.

2 years agoWorse agency EVER!!! Once management changed our agent left and everything went down hill. JIM IS THE RUDEST PERSON AT THIS OFFICE. They donโt help at all in trying to get the lowest price on insurance. They lost a customer since 2010 because of how rude Jim was.

2 years agoThis was super quick and easy. The gentleman who assisted me, Nejim, was very very responsive and helpful. I appreciated the level of customer service. I feel like I could give him a call at 2AM and he would still answer (Havenโt tried it yet haha)! But anyways this was a very pleasant, quick and easy process, 5 stars all around.

3 years agoHad a horrible experience with one of the new agents at this facility. Did not understand how to read or interpret documents to the customer. Lost her professionalism and stated โGood lordโ- when customer questioned clarification. Will be asking Allstate change me agents ASAP. Please better coach your โnew hiresโ.
