Ryan Wiehl

My name is Ryan Wiehl and I am currently an attorney licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and I also work as a legal consultant for law offices and professionals in multiple states. I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma from Cortland, New York in pursuit of being a zealous advocate in for clients seeking the resolution of a variety of legal issues, but specifically focusing on the litigation of personal injury and bad faith cases on behalf of the injured party.

During my time at TU Law, I was very involved with the Board of Advocates and was awarded the distinction of Order of the Barristers. During my time at TU, I served as Captain of the as Team Captain National Competition team for two consecutive years. As a lawyer, I am a Superlawyer Rising star, and I hope to achieve much more.

My primary practice area is Catastrophic Injury and Employment law, but I have experience prosecuting various civil matters as a plaintiffs attorney. I also specialize in providing legal consultation services to those seeking to work on the effort to decriminalize entheogens, specifically psilocybin and 5-MeO-DMT. It is my true desire to use my legal expertise as an engine for assisting professionals working to alleviate the suffering of those struggling with treatment resistant mental health challenges.
