2 weeks agoI am writing to formally complain about a recent experience at your store. Today, I placed an order for a whole raw duck over the phone. However, the person who answered the call seemed to have no understanding of English. Despite this communication barrier, I tried my best to specify that I wanted a whole duck. When I went to pick up the duck, I discovered that it had already been cut into pieces. While I acknowledge that I may not have been clear in my request, I believe it is the store's responsibility to confirm such details before processing the order. The staff refused to accept a return, which was disappointing but manageable. However, upon returning home, I suspected that some pieces were missing. My suspicions were confirmed when I attempted to piece together the duck and found that it was indeed incomplete. Given this experience, I strongly advise against using your store's cutting service. This incident has left me highly dissatisfied, and I urge you to improve your service to ensure that customers receive exactly what they order.

3 years agoGreat option in Bay Area to get live chicken n poultry stuff. Rates are reasonable. Staff is friendly. You stand in queue , pay for your order at counter and then wait for their staff member to get your cut chicken. Place is not very clean and itโs expected with poultry farm like environments. They have Thursdays special. Buy 5 get 1 free. And the best part is that they have halal processing.

2 weeks agoI came all the way form Sacramento just to buy some halal chicken,hens and goose.But the worker only gave me 13 chicken and ducks but I order 14 and I paid for 14. So I am pretty disappointed on the staff and the store.need better employees and someone who can understand better English.
