We are a family owned and operated restaurant who has been serving the valley since 1995. We offer excellent food, fast and friendly service all while building relationships with our guests. Our Cuisine consists of a blend of various cultures including Greek, Lebanese, Israeli, Iraqi, and even Italian and American Fusion. We offer a comfortable and fun environment for both families, or intimate occasions. We look forward to serving you, we hope you have a wonderful day and God bless!


Established in 1995.

We have been family owned and operated since 1995. Me (George), My father (George), My mom (Joan), My sister(Elizabeth) and my wife (Alicia) are involved in the day to day operations. My family's background is Chaldean. We are one of the oldest people in the world. My father speaks aramaic which is the ancient language that abram from biblical times spoke. I am the first generation in my family to be born in the GREAT US of A! I hail from Detroit, MI where I was born and raised. We moved out to phoenix in the 90's and have been doing the restaurant business ever since. We draw influence from quite a few areas of the Mediterranean. My father lived in both the mid east so you will see influence from Lebanese, Greek, Israeli, Iraqi, Italian cuisine and more! Come in and say hello and grab a bite of some homecooked food. I am an 25+ year veteran in the culinary scene. I have learned the ways of mediterranean cuisine through ancient recipes and technique passed to me from my mother, father and grandmother. I now have started to branch into my own with new flavor combinations and fresh ideas that set us apart from the rest. I was born and raised just outside of Detroit, MI. I have a beautiful wife (Alicia) & 3 kids George III ,Natalia and Jeremiah . I have independently studied the culinary arts, marketing, computer science, psychology , business and communications. I use my talents to benefit the restaurant in any way that I can. I'm a frequent guest chef on abc 15 sonoran living live where I demonstrate how to prepare mediterranean dishes, explain history and fun facts about the culture and cuisine.
