Diego Ramos is hands down the best realtor we could have asked for to purchase our first home. His first conversation with us over the phone was really what allowed us to open the door of possibilities in finding the key differences between searching for a house and searching for a home. He asked qualifying questions as to what was important for us, and we were able to really talk through ideas, locations of our home, and what was needed for us to make it happen. Diego worked nonstop, and around the clock. There was never a time we called Diego, and he did not answer, or get back to us within the hour. He showed up to each listing before we did, and he was very knowledgeable on the property, the area, location, and most importantly, if the property was within our budget, and monthly payment price range. Diego would stay up until late hours in the morning sending us e-mails about properties we would send him that we were interested in. He'd communicate whether the community worked with Conventional and/or FHA Loans, and we were able to not waste time with properties that didn't fit the criteria we were looking for. With Diego's help, we were able to FIND AND CLOSE OUR DREAM HOME IN UNDER TWO MONTHS! His ability to reason with the seller allowed us to negotiate the price work to get credits in our closing costs. Diego was also able to give us an amazing mortgage broker, inspector, and title company, ALL that provided the same high level of service that he did. It is without a doubt we will be working with Diego for our next dream home. I've recommended him to my friends, family, colleagues, and I would recommend him to anyone who's willing to work with someone who's kind, patient, hard working, and eager to find your dream home in the most efficient and effective way possible!

Just spoke with the owner. A little better customer service skills will go a long way. Call about a property and instead of trying to find out what property or help identify the property that I was calling about. His response "sir we have thousands of properties"... and then hung up. Not sure if that was intentional. But I'm here writing so and not with his customer service. John reached out to me to explain that he was on an emergency and apologized that I interpreted our conversation as rushed. Thanks again John for your professionalism.
