From listing to contract, and from contract to close, he kept me informed every step of the way. He was also able to quickly resolve a couple of issues that came up during escrow, and he handled the entire process with professionalism and care. Roger has been working with my wife and I for the past few years as our home search started/stopped multiple times as circumstances had changed with our apartment lease and job changes, etc. He was always available to show us properties in the central FL area and more than happy to do so! Roger helped us determine the correct price of the house we wanted to sell (higher than we thought). He presented evidence that proved right regarding the pricing of the house and the benefits and negatives of open houses. We definitely felt informed, and educated by Roger, every decision was made with his expert advice. Next time we are buying or selling a home, Roger will be my first call.
