For two years we had issues with our 2021 travel trailer we purchased new from the dealership. This is a belated review for Dave Ruben of Sage Law. We purchased a new Grand Design 5th wheel that turned out to be defective. The manufacturer attempted to repair it for over 6 months, with warranty claims exceeding $30k. The trailer was severely damaged during its return trip from Indiana receiving more warranty work and was considered a total loss by the dealer. Despite this, Grand Design insisted on another repair attempt. At this point, we consulted a local attorney who advised us that we had no legal recourse.
