Very professional in compiling personalized listings as per our need, showing the houses and once we found one, they could work out all documentation within 3 weeks so we didnt have to extend our current lease. Definitely recommend using them.

Karam jivani was very rude to me. I tried to call twice a day for 3 days to ask about a rental property. I am well qualified, sent in all my information, the only time I got any response was an email asking me the same questions I already answered then received no response from that. His phone has gone straight to voicemail the whole time. I called in again today and he texts me picture of his business card, then states "text instead of call" So we text and he tells me "oh that one is sold" I told him that it was inconsiderate to not have at lease sent me something back or posted it as pending. Instead... I get this direct quote " Yes very unprofessional.............the tenant already signed the lease and security deposit will be delivered today and then we changed the status..........that only applies to MLS...........you may see the listings on all other sites for weeks which we have no control over............now you learn something new so you won't accuse other agents as unprofessional........lol"
