I’d give no stars if I could Worse office. Assistant don’t know what they are doing. Don’t get no notes right. I been going back and forth with them about my case. I been going to them since January to try to figure out why I am getting hives and they took about 2-3 months to get me my referral after I had to keep calling and bugging for the referral apart from that one of there referral wasn’t even right so they had the office they referred me to email them to get me the right referral for them to still get it wrong and tell me I should be expecting another referral soon . How do you get it wrong? unbelievable if you are looking for a clinic I am telling you turn around and look for another one.

Very rude front desk, careless staff, they place you on hold for a long time, very poor follow up, Doctor is unreachable you need to make a new appointment to get your results, if you were lucky to get any result, I had an X ray 2 months ago and didn’t get any results or treatment, they refer me to a neurologist which is always closed every time I call I get voicemail, this is the worst clinic I have ever been to, I will definitely change it

The worst team working there , the slowest Dr I have been see it , don’t care about his patients, his team are very racism .

The Clinic is clean, all equipment available as urgent care, great stuff. Thank you Dr. Shenouda
