There was one instance when Molly kept in touch with an interested buyer for over a year. She even drove three hours to show this buyer the property. I was living one of their rental properties for 6 months after my friend left the country who had the lease with them. They robbed almost his entire security deposit ($783) with bogus claims. They charge him $175 to reprogram the garage opener, $100 for cleaning, another $223 for carpet cleaning, another $285 to replace sod, Before we vacate the house we did cleaned the place good. Tried to contact them dozen times to talk about the security deposit but they never returned the calls. Beware of these Renters. First they will welcome you and when you leave they will keep your security deposit and treat you like trash.
