The process proceeded EXACTLY as she described, and after following Sarah’s guidance we received and accepted an offer well above our asking price (and even our stretch goal price) within 4 days, with no contingencies! We planned a move out of the DC area, and Sarah went the extra mile to connect us with a lender and realtor in our new location to help us find out next home. Both of them were fabulous as well. Sarah exceeded our expectations in every aspect. As first time home buyers, we were unsure of how to begin the homebuying process but within literally 2 minutes of sending Sarah an online inquiry she called us back and was walking us through our next steps. She was knowledgeable, transparent, patient, considerate, available, and invested in our success; she was the total package. She incorporated our feedback in the house search and found us the exact types of houses we were looking for, and we never felt pressured to put in an offer. The housing market is hyper competitive right now, but Sarah was able to get creative and found us a home that wasn't even on the market yet. We love our house and can safely say that we would not have found it without choosing Sarah to be our agent.

I didn't think I would be able to afford a home in DC, but after Sarah found a wonderful home for a friend, I thought it might be possible. Sarah listened to my requirements (there were many!) and assured me she would make it happen. We looked at just enough houses that I felt absolutely confident about my decision when we stepped into my future home. Sarah and her team made the whole process easy--she explained what to expect at the outset, recommended an excellent lender who extended a great rate, connected me with an outstanding title company that found (and resolved!) a title issue, and her team even helped with the mundane details like transferring utilities. After hearing horror stories about the DC market, I can't believe how smooth it was from start to finish. I would (and have!) enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the DMV. I'm sure I'll work with her again someday!
