I went to the store recently, and it wasn't a good experience. I didn't buy anything because I saw the owner treating an employee badly in front of customers. It felt really wrong, and it can make things uncomfortable for everyone. I hope they start being nicer when giving feedback to employees so that the store feels more friendly and respectful in the future.

My recent visit to the store was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, my decision not to make a purchase was influenced by witnessing a sad incident. In front of customers, the store employee faced humiliation from the owner, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Witnessing such unprofessional behavior, including public reprimands, is disheartening and can impact the overall customer experience negatively. Professionalism and respect should be maintained, even in moments of correction. Very rude and unfair to employees and customers.

We bought gold bangels from them, my wife didn't like it/ changed her mind--must be a woman thing:) --when we got home, we went back and they replaced them for us with a smile; good people!

Shan jewelers has the best gold collection and the service is amazing. I recommend all of my friends to visit the store.

I bought a gold bracelet at this jewelry store and I was willing to pay them 300 dollars more to give me a size that fit me, since the one I bought didn't fit me, the owner wanted to abuse me and charge me much more money and when I told him no I wanted the bracelet to give me my money back and he didn't want to, he stole my money, don't buy here, the owner is a thief.
