Do not use this agency and especially this agent. That would be Kathy McDermott who scheduled an appointment to show my house this morning Apr 22 at 10:45. We got our home ready for viewing and left to let them be here without our presence. At 10:57 we received a text to cancel the showing. Our agent contacted Ms McDermott and she relayed that she found a place her customer wanted to buy - YESTERDAY. No reason given that we were not notified other than it was Sunday and "you know how things go"!!! This is just plain ignorant and uncourteous. I am giving one star as I can not give a no star rating

Unfortunately our agent showed a lack of knowledge in the sale process. Her very basic skills caused additional costs and stress. (Rewriting the listing info from the previous agent without checking if the info is accurate, ignoring the sellers requests and tips about the condo, not answering buyer agents phone calls, asking the attorney for the advice in basic issues under my extra costs, etc.) From the time she put the padlock on the door to the closing day she did not bother to come and check how the apartament looked like after many potential buyers were going in and out every day. We were lucky we received many offers

I love all the 7 offices that can be used anytime. The 24/7 broker support and the Fb group that we all collaborate. Owner is amazing and the office ladies too.

One of their real state brokers (Douglas Dibasilio), was my landlord for a property in Chicago, and he made some documents to pretend that he is right about not giving any of my security deposit back. He literally stole my security deposit. I wanted anyone who is going to work with him be aware of my experience.

**buyer beware!** Horrible transaction. Site says 24 hours, wrong answer! I showed up on Saturday with a certified check as was told, no one was there. Luckily the one who ran the office walked in while I was there told me to drop it in the box. Advised I needed a receipt. She advised to wait until Monday. I was advised on Monday to send a wire transfer, advised I had a certified check and showed up at their office. Since moving in we have had $8,000 in plumbing repairs, $4,000 for new fans and to clean the mold out of the attic, $525 to clean the air vents and will need to spend another $3,000 for new air vents as the pipes are rusted out where they connect to the heater. I advised the owner of the firm in Arlington Heights of these issues this past week and she was extremely rude. I advise no one to purchase a home from this company in order to avoid the issues we ran into. Almost a year later on this review, got a horrible response from the owner as a comment to the review, will they ever make this one right?
