2 months agoEasy ordering process with a short wait time. Portions were decent. Falafel was a beautiful crisp green. However the flavor was too light for the pita and wrap. Would recommend the waygu eggrolls! Despite their good review/ratings I would not go out of your way to try this place.

2 months agoI was recommended by a friend to visit this place and it did not disappoint. I ordered the wagyu shawarma on pita and it was delicious. They toast the pita bread which is a nice touch. I do wish the hot sauce was a bit hotter but that also added extra flavor to the sandwich. I also ordered the lemon garlic wings which were okay nothing to write home about.

a month agoIt was not great / not crap. Pita bread tasted store bought. Chicken was bland, rice had too much turmeric, hummus was kind of bland. Their "signature" waygu beef was poor quality and tasted like lamb. Egg rolls used Philo dough, and oil tasted like it hasn't been changed in a week. If you eat Taco Bell and other fast food, hold onto your seats. This place was made for you.

2 weeks agoThese guys have earned every bit of their YELP designation. The chicken fatoush pita is so so flavorful, so delicious, just awesome. And the wagyu beef egg rolls.......I will literally be dreaming of them until I can have them again! This isn't your average shawarma place. If you're in San Diego, make a point of eating here! โฅ๏ธ

7 months agoWagyu beef and the chicken were really tender and melted in your mouth! Prices are a little steep for a food truck. I had a few items to share: wagyu beef and chicken plate was really good and delicious rice! The lemon cream chop fries were great the first half of the portion, I think I got over with the lemon taste after that, but the breaded chicken on top was great. I also tried the Greek wrap. I felt like it was soggy and had "too much going on outside the wrap" for my taste. Overall, I've had this place twice in a week, I would go again, but I feel that Guy F. From food network really helped put it on the map.
