6 months agoHad a great meal on a Monday night, I am so grateful for the food because itโs comfort home cooked food, that I enjoy and feel so much joy of how delicious all the food on the menu is, got the lentil soup to share & the, chicken Biryani. I try & select a different plate when I visit Sinbadโs Restaurant, glad they are in the same vicinity as before SO donโt confuse them with the place thatโs replaced the building they use to be at. Sinbadโs Restaurant has been established for 17 year now and I am appreciative of the service the owner always offers, what an amazing cook and most welcoming individual.

6 months agoMashawy & Mango Lassi Devine flavors. Fantastic service. A must! Especially great for late night since they close at 2AM. Great rice and tender meats. Fluffy pita bread. Lentil soup was also amazing. A little thick, great texture, I enjoyed it like that.

3 months agoI enjoy coming to this traditional Turkish foods restaurant. This is not really a restaurant for vegetarians. It's centered around meat. I ate so quickly I forgot to take pictures. This is also not a gluten free restaurant, so as a customer and a foodie who appreciates Turkish foods, I eat here. They do the best they can to keep the foods traditional, although we are in America and not Turkey. I saw the comment of another customer, who had eaten here the same day, and spoke lies, about the staff being unprofessional, also having dogs that were in the restaurant squeaking, and utter lie! I happened to be dining on that exact day. The dogs, were quiet and small dogs sleeping in their doggy crates. They were completely zipped inside. The other two people who this women referred to as standing around, had nothing to do with the restaurant, as they were visiting someone. Also, their rant about not eating here, because there are not gluten free options, it's a traditional Turkish kebab house! Hello! Go eat somewhere else, is what I thought. Gluten free dishes in Turkey, yeah right! Too out right lie! I checked and found this chick makes bad reviews at several restaurants in the area. Obviously, it's not the food. I'm just a customer who feels that if you make a review make it an honest review! The food at kebab house is good.

2 years agoThis restaurant is tucked at the end on the courtyard that is in the center of Main Gate Square. It does seem that it gets overlooked since it is alone in this area especially at night. I was feeling like a light dinner so decided to get takeout. Went in to order and the older woman at the counter was a little gruff. Took about 10-15 minutes to get the food shrug there was only one couple eating outdoors and no one in the restaurant. Did notice the hookah lounge on the other side of the restaurant that was also empty. The food though was very tasty so despite any initial impressions glad that I stopped in.
