We met Sonia at her listing in Woodland Hills on an open house. She was all smiles, very friendly, and knowledgeable. We loved the house, but it was over our budget. I purchased my house in 2005 and remodeled it to a Mediterranean theme and had spent more than $200K on the remodel.
