Spencer is an excellent real estate agent to work with! He was such a motivating and driving force throughout the homebuying process. I went from being discouraged after looking at home prices and mortgage payments, to gaining confidence and thinking that I can actually afford a home. Spencer is also extremely hard working and will do everything in his power to get you in a home that fits within your budget.

This guy is phenomenal. Spencer Hsu is the best realtor in the Bay Area. I told him my rough criteria for my first home, and he helped me understand all my options with my budget in mind. He really tries to understand your needs and tells you what is realistic for your price range and requirements. I would regularly send Spencer a list of all the properties I was interested in and he would analyze each one, until we found a perfect condo for me in San Jose. I just moved in today! I couldn't be happier with the purchase and I have Spencer and his team to thank. A+++

I like the fact he is good at explaining things, whenever we have a question, he always records a short zoom videos with his thoughts and supports with data. He is also not too pushy on bidding, I know some agents will do that to close a deal. We've decided not to bid beyond our affordability, and he totally respects that.
