I kept an eye on Spencer through his YouTube channel and finally financially ready, we were ready to make the plunge into homebuying. Working with Spencer was great, he was incredibly fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He was able to pull very accurate comps very quickly and was not afraid to tell us when a house we were initially interested was definitely overpriced. After many months of searching, we made an offer on a house and we got it! The homebuying process went very smoothly, and Spencer was excellent at communicating all the updates and was a pro at negotiation. His work ethic is top notch. Super thankful that Spencer and his team were super on top of it and we are very excited to live in our new home!
