Gold Standard Auto Dealer - St Wannas Auto Sales While looking for a late model replacement vehicle for our daughter recently we focused on returning her to a Ford Edge, model SEL that she had been very happy with some years ago. Given that decision, it was just a matter of finding the right combination of year of make, mileage, condition and of course price. Seeing that combination recently online we contacted St Wannas Auto Sales concerning his unit meeting those target points. We called Ehab Hanna, owner of St Wannas Auto Sales some days ago and were immediately impressed with his helpful and cheery attitude on the phone. We weren't talking to the auto sales rep of the day, we were talking to, "the man". All seemed like the perfect fit so we made arrangements to travel to see the vehicle. There was however one concern remained. We live in Oceanside - St Wannas and Ehab are in Chino. Hmmm.... Still, since the search stars were aligned, we set out 3 days ago to see the sights of Chino - some 83 miles North of us and directly east of Los Angeles proper. This was a longer commute for the purpose at hand than we had planned, but the car in question was worth a road trip. When we arrived at St Wannas it wasn't the typical dealership we envisioned. Located within a lovely business park in South Chino, It is more a small, attractive office with a selection of cars parked in parking areas of the park (an approach that likely saves his customers money). Ehab in person was, and is, every bit the cheerful, professional customer-service focused dealer rep you would want to encounter. We saw the vehicle was every bit the quality and price unit for us so were prepared to write the check and swing back to Oceanside. But Ehab was having none of that, and rightly so. He reviewed the car with us from hood to back bumper and pretty much insisted on a quick test drive to demonstrate the car's qualities. Upon returning to his office he expertly worked through the necessary paperwork necessary to quickly send us on our way. To be honest, the chance of us returning to Chino anytime soon beyond this very successful trip are slim at best. But if it is within your interest to do so, we can't overstate how enjoyable and rewarding our experience with Ehab and St Wannas Auto Sales was for us. Auto shopping can often be something between distasteful and survivable, so our visit to see Ehab at St Wannas was very fulfilling - even enjoyable! Well, except for one thing. I forgot to ask Ehab about the origin of the name "St Wannas". I need to call Ehab. Bill Oceanside. CA
