Welcome to the Best Middle Eastern Restaurant!
Service, food, and environment are just amazing! Very delicious meals, complimentary appetizers were included. We had a very nice dinner with our family. Good job, Sumer Nights!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this establishment! The ambiance, filled with fantastic Arabic music, added to the delightful atmosphere. The lunch offering was exceptional, comprising a hearty soup, a selection of four fresh delicious salads, and a satisfying main course complete with rice and freshly baked naan bread. On my second visit, I indulged in the juicy chicken seekh kebab, which was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend! Paid 25 for all of it
Delicious and abundant food. My husband ordered lamb chops and they were super tender and tasty. I ordered beef shawarma and babaganush, and it so good! We got 2 complementary appetizers with flat bread. We will definitely come back! This place is a gem.
The chicken shawarma is cooked perfectly. The rice is delicate, topped with almonds and golden raisins, which was a special surprise. Nice portions. The Iraqi bread is unique. It's both thin, crispy and chewy. Best Mediterranean food I've had in sacramento. Highly recommend.
We were a group of 4 people and have never come here before so we were expecting a great experience based on the reviews. As we sat down the server came up and gave us menus then walked away. We looked over them and on the main dishes pages it says all dishes come with an appetizer and bread, and there was a separate page with appetizers on it. So naturally we thought we would be able to choose the apps and all picked something out, 3 of us chose main dishes and 1 stuck with a salad and appetizer. The server took all our orders and left, but we had to get her attention to give us water for the table. Some time goes by and these 3 plates come up with 4 separate sections on them and they tell us it's the appetizers that come with our meals. Then we waited a bit and they brought us 2 things of bread for dipping (remember this is a table of 4). The bread went quickly and we had to wait a while for a sever to come around so we could get her attention and ask for more bread. It gets brought out with the appetizers that we had ordered with our mains and it quickly filled the table. I really wish someone had taken the time to explain to us how the ordering works there before filling our table with enough food for 10. Not once did the offer to refill our water either so that was annoying too. Would not recommend this spot, only 2 servers but 5 tables were full so im not sure why they acted so swamped.
