Susan S. Long is a former litigator and New Jersey Deputy Attorney General. Her private practice has been dedicated to helping others achieve a fresh start since 2009. She will work with you directly and personally attend to your case from the initial consultation through to its closure. She has successfully represented individuals, small businesses, creditors and third-parties. She is currently a member of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and is serving on its Consumer Practice Sub Committee of the Bankruptcy Section. She is a former member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Susan has been a presenter and speaker on various topics related to bankruptcy matters and the practice. In 2019, she was awarded the Equal Justice Medal for her continued work and dedication to pro bono services. She is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and is currently admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, U.S. District Court in New Jersey and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
