8 years agoDr. Mansour is warm, thorough and passionate about children. She treats them all as individuals and with love. Both of my children feel comfortable with her and they have VERY different personalities. She talks to parent about treatment options with a team-like approach. You always feel like your child's total well-being is the most important thing to her.

4 years agoDr. Mansour was my pediatrician from when I was born in 1986. I am now 33 years old. When my brother died 9 years ago, she sent my family flowers and personally called my mother and father to give condolences. I called her to talk about his death (he was not under her care at the time), and even though I had not spoken to her for nearly 15 years, she remembered me personally by name. I am now pregnant with my first child and I will be seeking her out. Thanks, Dr. Mansour.

10 years agoMy family has been very pleased with Dr. Mansour's practice. She, and Dr. Craig (associated with Dr. Mansour's practice), have a warmth with our children that makes visits as low-stress as possible. She has shown willingness to dig into unusual questions about medical issues. After five years and two kids, we have yet to second guess her treatment and advice. Her staff does an excellent job of getting us in and out. Billing has not been a problem. They have been flexible in taking appointments, within reason. She has some hours available on the weekend making bouts of illness less stressful especially for infants. Lastly, the office is in good shape. We have absolutely no complaints and eagerly recommend Dr. Mansour's practice to our friends.
