Hearing from my child that went to this school I would not recommend the school to your child. the teachers will back bite about your child in their language, and the principal will make fun of how you and laugh at you whenever your child gets into an incident, she will make your child be guilty even when your child is innocent. The principal will suspended you child for no reason at all when she is in a bad mood this school is so unprofessional to me itโs unbelievable.
Aslamu Aliakum,
I think Tawheed is the best school and is a "nimah" for the students In it. As a graduate student that used to come to this school I know first hand how good Tawheed can be. At first I couldn't wait to leave Tawheed but when I finally did I realized how much of a blessing I was in to be in the school. In my school all my teachers say that Tawheed students are always the most dedicated and well mannered students. To enter my school you have to go through a raffle but since my principle likes all Tawheed students he puts them as a first preference. All my siblings have also attended the school and have gone on to getting a high education because their earlier education at Tawheed was advanced. I couldn't be the person I am with out the help of Tawheed may Allah bless them and their staff and administration and give them barakah. When you're in the school you feel like everyone in it cares for you and your education. The school is a friendly environment that treats all as their family. If you are looking for a school that is advanced in education, has a friendly environment, caring staff, and is on the correct manhaj, then Tawheed Center School is the right place for your education and upbringing.
Tawheed is a lovely school and you should most definitely go there I can tell you myself that I have went to many different Islamic schools but the only one that actually taught me was TCS they also have very well manered and kind students. So I highly consider your child to come to this wonder filled school
I am very happy with Tawheed Center of Detroit School and I would never take my children any where else. My children are getting academic and Islamic education in a Sunni environment that is on the Quran and Sunna and the methodology of the Salef may Allah be pleased with them all.
Note: it's more recent than others because I've edited it
Hi, let me tell you a story about this school. As you may have read, Mustafa Fathi wrote a review about how bad TCS is. There is more to Tawheed than you think.
What Mustafa said was true in some ways, like his sister and mom attending this school. But I actually know a lot more. I don't know anything about the money issue, but his sister was actually my younger friend's classmate and they didn't get along. None of the girls did with her.
A lot of drama did happen, but when Mustafa's family left TCS, all of the drama cleared up.
It's normal for 5th graders to have a little drama every now and then, right? But this was too much, more drama than I'd ever seen. I wondered if the drama was caused by the sister. Maybe it was, but ever since Mustafa posted this review, gossip spread all over, for my friend's class, at least.
All of her classmates, including her, wanted to protest, but they were too scared. So I decided to do it, since somebody needed to stand up for TCS.
Anyways I want to say I really DON"T want to pick a fight with Mustafa's family, but Tawheed IS a good school. They provide everything a student needs and has fundraisers every now and then to raise money for a high school, since we only have space for Montessori to eighth grade. This year was only my friend's first time here, and she LOVED it!!! Still don't believe it's a good school? Try going to TCS and your life will change!
Edit: Ever since I posted this review, my friends have too!
