a month agoThis brokerage is a joke. Listing Agent Cody Purtle will only text. You can tell the few 5 star reviews are fake - a few 5 stars from years ago with no comments and all the recent reviews are ALL 1 star with specific feedback. Stay away. Feel sorry for the sellers and buyers using this company.

2 months agoOur experience with Long Nguyen at 5th Stream Realty has been extremely disappointing. We attempted to purchase a home with Mr. Long as the agent, and during the process, we encountered a situation that allowed us to cancel the contract within our terms. Despite this, we have repeatedly tried to obtain our $3k earnest money back from Mr. Long and the lenders, only to be met with no reply or little to no help. This lack of communication and assistance has left us extremely dissatisfied with both Mr. Long and his team. We expected a more professional and responsive service, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. We cannot recommend 5th Stream Realty based on this frustrating process.

3 months agoCalled to inquire about a property listed on Zillow and attempted to schedule a showing, but I was dismissed. I asked the listed agent general questions and received no assistance. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against wasting your time with a company that cannot address basic inquiries.

6 months agoAttempted to attend an open house in the Fresno/Missouri City area at Parks Edge. Upon arrival my family and I were immediately dismissed by two individuals. I assume one of the individuals was Habib Khan as the signs to the open house had his name on them. Signs did not indicate time of open house, but we were told, 'we're finished, the open house was from 1:30 to 2pm', (it was 1:50pm). They then proceeded to leave with no offer or statement of next open house time, nor any other conversation attempted. Once we returned to our car and began to map out or next location, Mr Khan proceeded to get back out of his car and check the locks again...

3 years agoI worked with Tony and had a GREAT experience. Being from out of town we had to rely on him to be our trusted Realtor and guide, and he did a wonderful and professional job. My wife flew to view the selected properties and in one weekend all was done perfectly. She came back with great admiration to the agent and company
