Tristan and associates are on a whole other level of real estate. They anticipate your needs and carry them out before you are even aware. Their level of professionalism is on point, and if I had any questions about a home or about anything related to the house such as inspections, they were on it and even paid for second and third opinions. They helped me get the best deal on my home Purchase and they seem to know the real estate market in Thousand Oaks down to a T. Cathy was very responsive to our questions throughout the home buying and escrow period.
