2 months agoIโm 74 years old I bought a few houses in my life but Iโm here to tell you this realtor Sam is the best Iโm pretty tough to deal with and I know what I want but let me tell you he spent 18 months with me looking for a house I finally wound up buying a piece of land because he would not let me buy something that needs major repairs where the buyer would not help me after I purchased the land, he help me find a builder. It took them a year to build my house, and Sam was with me every step of the way dues and donโts if youโre in need of a realtor trust me this guy is it.
