Usama Kahf

As a partner at the Irvine office of Fisher Phillips, I represent employers of all sizes in matters of workplace privacy, data security, unfair competition, and trade secret theft and corporate espionage, both on the plaintiff and defense side. I defend employers in other areas of employment law as well, including wage and hour, harassment, and discrimination actions in state and federal court, in private arbitration, and before government agencies.

I am passionate about helping employers do the right thing and be fair to their employees, and when employees are unethical and steal from their employers, fighting for the employer and bringing the thief to justice.
