4 years agoMarybeth was our shister listed our house at one price and then turned around and disparaged my wife and I calling us difficult and saying our house wasn't worth the list price in the private comments. So we fired her and hired Irma Mendez she sold our house fast and for 60k more than Ms Wilson said it was worth. Then they asked our agent for a commission after not selling my house.

4 years agoWe had some problems arise and decided not to sell our home and asked to cancel our contract and told the agent that if our circumstances changed and we may want to sell our home, that we would call her and asked her to please cancel our contract to which she replied that she would. Then for some reason she told me she would only cancel it if I paid her $500. at first then I got her down to $250. The average agent gets between $11 - $16/hr. but she charged me almost $36/hr. and she did nothing, she didn't even put it on the MLS. I have NEVER been chg'd to cancel a contract and I've had 6 homes and had to cancel 1 other time w/no problems. I WILL NEVER CALL HER AGAIN. By the way this extortionist realtor's name is Caren Connelly.
