Wade is absolutely amazing. He was able to get me a really sweet home in a virtually all cash market because of who he is, and his ability to connect with the sellers’ realtor. Since I was a 10% down buyer, we of course lost to a few all-cash offers on premium homes. After three or four such events, one of them lost their second cash offer, and called Wade to see if we were still interested. Wade notified me immediately and got us under contract before morning. He is a kind and generous person, and I am pleased to call him my friend. I give him my highest recommendation.
