My husband and I are a very busy couple and have been looking for a property. Unfortunately, our experience with the realtor liz was extremely disappointing. When we finally had the time to reach out, Liz provided us with the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered. Unlike other realtors who were prompt and accommodating, Liz was dismissive and gave us an attitude that was completely uncalled for. Her lack of professionalism and courtesy made us question her suitability as a realtor. It was evident that she was not interested in providing genuine help or support, which ultimately led us to lose faith in her and the agency she represents. We have since decided to take our business elsewhere and urge potential clients to be cautious if considering Liz as their realtor. Professionalism and respect should be fundamental qualities in this industry, and sadly, we did not experience either with Liz.

I was stood up by them twice. Both times I had to inform them of our meeting. The first time, Irene Gonzalez said they had technical difficulties so we rescheduled for the next morning. The next morning, I received a confirmation of our meeting but again, at the time of our meeting, they were a no-show. I had to text them to remind them of our meeting. I understand this maybe happening once but twice two days in a row is ridiculous. It was a complete waste of my time.
