It all began over 20 years ago in Tripoli, the vibrant city famous for its distinctive dishes in Northern Lebanon. It was then that we opened our first Lebanese bakery. Today, we are excited to share with you our experience and our passion for authentic Lebanese food by introducing We’re-Dough!
Our goal is to offer our guests the finest savory and sweet Lebanese pastries that take you back to Lebanon and remind you of your memories there, or let you experience the genuine Lebanese taste!
The majority of our raw materials arrived via cargo or airplane directly from Lebanon. We truly want our guests to get as close as an experience to authentic Lebanese dishes as possible!
Houston has been an integral part to our decision to open in the heart of town on Westheimer Road so we are happy to also infuse American dishes into our menu. We serve pizza and pizza pot pie.

4 months agoSamira was absolutely wonderful! Her customer service goes beyond whats expected and made my first visit lovely! I cannot wait to go back. I will only go with Samira and her lovely attitude The food was just an awesome bonus on top of that. It was so good and the tea was so refreshing. Even while hot! Loved it.

a month agoMe and my Family Absolutley loved it here! & reminds us of our roots 🇱🇧 ❤️ They have a great variety of different pizzas along with other mediterranean food options. I got the Zaatar double cheese, was a 10/10. They also had food options for the kids. To finish off we enjoyed their nutella pizza & lebanese Café ☕️ We loved the atmosphere. Customer service was Great. Place is very clean and well kept. Me & my family really enjoyed our experience dining here & will be coming back ! One of our new fav places. Recommend.

a month agowent to @weredoughbakery, and truly it the the best #lebanese breakfast spot in the city. overall they have a great selection of items. hard to pick what you want to order. we ordered the Kaak with Akkawi Cheese, Soujouk Pizza, and Manoush with Labneh & Veggies. favorite item was the Kaak which is a fresh fluffy bread with Akkawi Cheese inside, it was just perfect. next also enjoyed the Soujouk Pizza. definitely will be back to try other items on the menu

a week agoI recently visited this place and had a wonderful experience. The hummus was absolutely delicious—creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. The cheese bread was also a standout, with a crispy crust and a gooey, flavorful center that complemented the hummus beautifully. What made the visit even more enjoyable was the accommodating staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The combination of great food and excellent service made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty meal in a welcoming atmosphere!

2 months agoWent to try pastry and coffee. The Turkish coffee was a nice flavor. Tried the nutella manoush as well. We liked what we ordered for a quick sit down sweet snack and coffee. All tje food on menu and other customers tables looked delicious and can't wait to try next time. The only thing we noticed to make a not so great experience was other customers that were women giving us roll eyeing looks. We were not being loud, disrespectful, sloppy, anything at all! We were not dressed inappropriately either to be getting bad looks. That's not on the restaurant, just other customers. Made me feel unwelcome there.
