a month agoWe removed the storefront system (14' x15') so they could move the new oven into the building. Then we re-installed all the storefront before 6am. They never paid us. The Owner is a pathetic Lier. They owe us 3700.00 dollars. We even helped them move the new oven into the building. See if they give you any groceries for free.

4 months agoFood safety alert. I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Wholesome Choice, a grocery store I have frequented in the past. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, but I feel it is necessary to share my concerns to protect other consumers. During my recent visit, I was appalled to find several expired products on the store shelves. It was not an isolated incident; I had previously encountered expired items from this store as well. Determined to address this issue, I decided to voice my complaint and approached a manager on duty. Expecting some level of accountability and professionalism, I explained the situation to the manager, detailing my previous encounters and pointing out the expired food items that were still on sale, some of which had expired a staggering 26 days prior. To my surprise, the manager's response was far from satisfactory. Initially, the manager stated that once items are sold, they cannot be returned. This response seemed dismissive and failed to address the core issue at hand - the sale of expired products. When pressed further, the manager shifted responsibility, claiming it was not their duty and that they would inform their superiors. Finally, they suggested I return the following morning when the store manager would be present. Feeling frustrated and concerned for the well-being of other customers, I mentioned my intent to record the conversation and post a review to raise awareness. At this point, the manager's demeanor changed abruptly. Sensing the potential consequences, they refused to allow me to record the interaction. As I started recording, capturing the manager's acknowledgment of selling expired goods, they hastily retreated, avoiding any further confrontation. It is with utmost disappointment that I caution potential shoppers about purchasing items from Wholesome Choice. The store's lack of accountability, dismissive attitude, and unwillingness to address the sale of expired goods are major red flags. As a concerned customer, I intend to report this incident to the food safety and public health department to ensure proper action is taken. I encourage everyone to exercise caution and think twice before buying anything from this store. It is essential to prioritize the health and safety of ourselves and our families by supporting establishments that uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. I am still posting the video, just so you would trust this instance and save yourself and your family, I will also post this to the public health department in public interest

a month agoGreat shop for Indian groceries. Able to get it cheaper than another Indian shop.. they have lot of vegetables. It will be great if they can bring more Indian vegetables like drumstick and drumstick leaves, etc... reasonable price.. good deals... Only thing is the Veggies and fruits section will be crowded during peak time... They might need to add more space to the Vegetables and fruits section...

3 weeks agoQuality has fallen but pastries are still great and variety of options less challenges. Their parking lot is sufficiently big as well. Avoid rush hours if you want fresh Sangak (The few I've got were all under cooked).

a month agoFruit costs very little here, and there are complimentary samples of freshly prepared meals and delicious Sagnak bread. Hot meal comes in a wide variety of national cuisines. They have a wide variety of fresh produce options. Would heartily suggest as a neighborhood food store.
