We had help from Monica Jovel to find a place to lease in Sugar Land. She was AMAZING! We found a place the same day. She had already set up appointments for three different properties and all we had to do was say yes and sign the lease. On move in day she was so helpful walking us through the lease and making sure we knew what we were signing. We will be house hunting soon and can't wait to use her expertise again. Thank you!!

Stop! If you need a realtor, ask for Norma Lewis! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Norma to help me buy my first home. On top of being super knowledgeable, she has to be the nicest, sweetest, most polite, and honest person I know. That goes a long way! Thank you, Realm! Thank you, Norma!

I didn't have a good experience working with them overall as a renter. The first point of contact up till the time I signed the lease papers was great. However the one that took over and worked with us till the point I moved in and signed the inventory form was not up to the mark. That person wouldn't communicate well, wasn't prompt and totally unapologetic in spite of goof-ups - that shows bad attitude

If i could give no stars i would. If you want a agency that has real estate agents that are useless by all means go to this firm. The real estate agent who contacted me didn't know anything about her properties, she kept saying one thing then the next moment said another then sends us yet again another generic message that she probably had written in her notes. Then she would disappear for hours to day before i had to reach back out to her. After three days when we started getting frustrated she started saying we were rude which we weren't. I don't know how easy it is to enter this firm but they should try a little harder on training their agents. I found another agent tens times better and more professional.

My experience with REALM was very bad. I had the worst agent I ha e ever worked with. No attention to detail and all this agent seemed to care about was getting the lease signed. Once the rental lease was signed, agent told me management instructed agent to no longer become involved. There were a bunch of issues which still needed to be addressed after the lease was signed with the rental property. I had to work directly with landlords agent to resolve. I would not advise anyone I know to ever deal with this company. Terrible customer service, all they seemed to care about was their commission. BEWARE!
