a year agoI worked with Miriam Coates. She helped me with a rental but when I moved in, the AC wasnโt working & wasnโt fixed in over a week. I had 3 senior dogs and had to move twice in a week due to no running AC and 110 degree weather. Landlord kept all my money & I am now suing her for my money back. I was not allowed to stay there one night due to temps in the house. Landlord stole my mail, changed house/garage code when moving out. She also snuck into the house, went through all the rooms, caught on my camera taking extra house key and garage fob I guess assuming I would steal? Landlord acts like a child with no empathy for me & my pups. I would avoid working with her because she works for people who wonโt fix issues, lies, sneaks into rental, and steals money.

a year agoAbsolutely disgusting company. To go to people who have no relation to someone you have found to be under a current foreclosure and informing those people of stuff that they have no need to know is unreal. Never once contacted the actual homeowners but go to relations that are over 8 years old to "reach out" and give all of our business away is disgusting. Reginald should never have opened his mouth to anyone that has no business knowing about a foreclosure of someone they dated well over 7-8years ago and a work place that they worked at around the same time. Absolutely the wrong way to do things.

7 years agoMy wife Shelley and I are so happy to have the opportunity to have Jimmy"Coach" Thomas, Realtor as our personal realtor. He was so helpful and it was a pleasure meeting him. We were very scared to have to give up our home of 25 years who we could trust and where we would go from there. He walked us through the whole process and it went so smooth . God blessed us with a new friend. God bless you Jim. Very impressed with the job you did for us. Richard and Shelley

2 years agoAfter looking into a property I was able to find out the agent of the listing. After contacting Jesse Aguilar with an offer based what I researched was the value of the property, I was given the following response: โ Donโt waste your time with that offerโ in my opinion very unprofessional, and rude. I hope not every agent that works here responds this way.
