So many good things to say! Megan is amazing and I highly recommend her! We were on a time limit and she was a step ahead of us and on top of everything through the entire process. Communication was great, negotiation skills on point, knowledge base incredible. She has lots of connections and was able to pair us with the right people to get the deal done. She really went over and above for us and I couldn’t have found a better realtor for our situation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Megan is the absolute best, look no further for a realtor! Megan helped my husband and I buy a home earlier this year after we had outgrown our condo. She took us to see several properties and did it at the drop of a hat most times, because houses don’t last long in this market! She worked closely with our lender and negotiated an expedited close per our request. Fast forward to this spring and Megan helped us sell our condo. She did extensive research on our area and helped us come up with a fair and competitive price. We went under contract extremely fast and received multiple offers significantly over ask! Truthfully we closed at a price that was more than I ever expected, so we were beyond pleased with how the sale of our condo went. Megan was very responsive, professional, and extremely friendly/outgoing throughout both of our transactions. As I said above, look no further for a realtor you won’t find a better one!
