It is crucial that others are made aware of the incompetence and lack of ethics displayed by these individuals and their company. From the start, we trusted Compass and the Aladdin Group to handle the sale of our home. However, their actions proved disastrous. There was a complete lack of transparency and communication, leaving us blindsided by unexpected costs and restrictions. We lost $36,000 after closing escrow, a fact conveniently downplayed by Ella. It became clear that Yasir and Ella were more interested in their own financial gain than advocating for our best interests. The purchase agreement heavily favored the buyers, leaving us with minimal protection and a net amount of $880,000. Their counteroffer of $925,000 ultimately benefited the buyers with nearly $37,000 in credit from us. The Aladdin Group's negligence and imbalanced deal left us trapped and financially compromised. To make matters worse, we discovered a better option nearby with an asking price of $960,000, underscoring how inadequate the options presented to us were. The Aladdin Group's failure to explore alternatives and secure the best deal possible has severely hindered our aspirations for a larger home within our budget. This ordeal has taken a toll on our finances and personal well-being. I urge anyone considering Compass or the Aladdin Group to exercise extreme caution. Yasir and Ella have shown a complete lack of integrity, prioritizing their own profits over their clients' well-being. Please share this warning widely to protect others from falling victim to Compass and the Aladdin Group's incompetence and greed. Stay informed, stay safe.
