Yasmine was truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. She was ALWAYS available. her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always call back. she did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, and status of city and county inspections. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. she treats the situation like she is purchasing the property. she looks out for you and has your best interests in mind. Yasmine is really one of the most wonderful real estate agents that someone can work with. She has a beautiful mix of friendliness and professionalism at the same time which ease the whole process of buying a home. I remember during escrow, one of the repairs weren’t done correctly and I wasn’t available in the final walk!! However, yasmine was there and got my back. Your back is safe with her. A very responsive agent and very knowledgeable and helpful and on top of all of that not pushy. I highly recommend her and already did refer her to other people as well.
