3 weeks agoRenters Beware!!!! Hidden monthly fees on slumlord properties. When they give you your deposit form the deduct from damages you did not do. The Owner doesnโt care the Realtor doesnโt care. Try living without AC for 5 days in July in warm sunny Florida. Stay Away!

a year agoLet me just start to say If I could give 0 stars I would because these people are terrible. The listing agent and the firm lacked communication throughout the whole process. They left our realtor on read for days , they wouldnโt try and find a solution to anything. We spoke to the seller of the house and he even told us that they almost never communicated with him. These people are disorganized and rude/passive aggressive In their calls and texts. I would never recommend these people to buy or sell from.
