Yorba Linda Church of Christ

My family visited this congregation pre-pandemic without any intent on joining because of the distance. Two things occurred that caused it to stand out among others we had visited and eventually led us to want to stay. First, an older member I had never met before approached me to invite me to sit with her. That's a rarity! Second, the preacher and the elders each took time to chat with me. Another rarity! Church leaders at other congregations would just talk to my husband, barely acknowledging my existance. Other members took time to meet me as well. This congregation is definately friendlier than most.

I visited this church many time with my two friends that lived near me. I enjoyed the close knit family closeness and the preaching. Jason is a fine young man from anothr state up north and has a sence of humor and knows the word of my savior really well. He is a family man with a nice wife. The elders and deacons are quite friendly and do a great job of expressing Gods word to us. After several weeks I talked to one of the elders and said I was interested in joining there church. I was taken into the elders room with three elders and asked to explain my journey wit Christ. I told them as they listened and asked a few more questions. I was baptized two times for real and sprinkled a couple of time but was willing to be washed again, needles to say I joined a wonderful family in Christ. Amen

We had a great worship service, Bible study, fellowship, and enjoyed talking to lots of kind Christians there!

My home congregation. So loving and caring. If you need anything, these people will do their best to care for you physically and spiritually.

Friend of mine goes here and I go here with him at times despite us being at different denominations. Sound doctorine and preaching and friendly people as always.
