Za’atar menu uses authentic ingredients and cooking methods. Nearly 20 different spices are used to craft our dishes, including Za’atar that may be new to you. Our favorite ingredients “chickpeas, tahini, feta, eggplant, bell peppers, olives, mint, garlic, lemon, and yogurt” are perfect for vegetarians and vegans when scooped up in strips of warm pita bread. We are promising to transport all the magic of this great Middle Eastern cuisine to your own table.
We hope you enjoy eating it, as much as we did creating it.

3 years agoAmazing, fabulous, delicous, wonderful food. I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could give more than one 5 star review. Ordered through Doordash and they came with the neatest and cutest packaging and plating. I love how each dish is perfectly crafted with different sauces to compliment the meat. The lamb and beef kabob had the perfect ratio of meat and seasoning. It had such a soft delectable bite. The chicken as well was moist and flavorful. My favorite is the tzatziki sauce. I have finally found my new favorite place in SF to go to for Mediterranean food. Everyone please give it a try.

a year agoWonderful spices — wonderful flavors. This place is really unique and I’m so excited to have finally been able to try it and I do look forward to trying it again really soon. It’s kind of a ghost kitchen, there’s no point to go and eat there although we did show up and ordered online and then ate at the table they have right outside but it’s in kind of an industrial park so it’s really all about getting delivery

7 months agoTried this place for the first time, The food was good, The customer service was good and I recommended it to my fellow co-workers to give it a try. There was a mistake in my order and when I called the lady on the phone was very kind and professional, I got my order fixed with compensation quickly and with the compensation meal I gave to a co-worker and he had hummus for the first time leaving a smile on his face saying it was good and filling. I would go back again, they did not go skimpy on the meat which sadly a lot of places do, which I don't go back to. Fast cooking service, good food, great service!

4 months agoThe tricky hidden tip assumption when ordering online was a whopping 28% today. Be careful before tapping the pay button. I HATE this scammy practice. It literally assumed an $11 tip on a 39.90 order IN ADDITION TO $8 IN FEES. The food is good here though.
