We met Rani through a random open house that we decided to check out. After meeting several agents, we knew he was the perfect fit for us to work with. He was very relaxed about everything, and never pushy, while still being SO knowledgeable and helpful while purchasing our first home. Even after closing, he has responded to every text and question we have had. I highly recommend working with Rani and a million thank you's wouldn't be enough for the time and effort he put into our house searching.

These guys saved me after a few days of very unsuccessfully trying to find an apartment on my own, moving from NYC to ATX in a few short weeks. I spotted their office across the street from my last terrible apartment tour. I was completely defeated, and at their door 5 minutes past the time their office closed. As I walked away, they opened the door and welcomed me in. I explained my situation (flight back to NY the next day) and got on it. Joseph asked me tons of questions, booked 5 appointments before my flight, joined and drove me to all viewings, found, and landed me to my new place in the best part of town for me, and under budget. Great experience. I started working Erin K. by chance about a month ago when I was looking for a new apartment, and it was great to find someone who is prompt, professional, and well organized. After our initial conversation regarding budget, area, and desired amenities she sent over a spreadsheet outlining several options that hit all of my criteria. She set up all the touring, made all the phone calls and did most of the legwork. It was clear from the get go that she is very knowledgeable about the market, and she stayed in contact throughout. When we landed a place she even sent a little housewarming gift for my pup. Overall working with Erin was the best part of a really stressful process. 12/10.
