Radhika was truly exceptional. Super strong negotiator is what Radhika is. She is very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. She is very friendly and would suggest personalized things that would work in your home search. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market and my specific area - We wanted good school district, nice area, closer to amenities. She was always available to provide me with the information that I needed, every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. She was as much emotionally invested as us. If I texted her a question or an update they would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Outside of her colleagues, she has many family members including her husband (Mr. Sam Sharma - a reputed realtor himself for 20yrs+) who are all involved in real estate which gives them a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints. So you get two realtors in the value of one :-). Her team are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!! We loooooved working with Radhika!
