2 years agoStay away from doing business with this property management company. Terrible terrible experience with this company. Stay away. For real estate investors, donโt put your hard earned assets for this company to manage. They wonโt. Based on experience, their interests and ethics are hardly aligned with yours. When this happens, itโs bad, destroys value, brings frustration, and other bad feelings. If you are in the market to rent a property in Miami, beware. When itโs time for renewal, they wonโt let you. The motivation is to put the property back at the market to earn a new commission. What they tell the tenant and the landlord are at opposite sides of the spectrum. Itโs hard to trustโฆ. I witnessed sketchy practices in this business in Miami, but must say, nothing compares to what the people working for this company do. Contact me in private so that I can share my experience.
