Our family has been waiting on a letter of diagnosis from Dr. Haddad for over two months now for my mother in law, Sandee. We had to wait two months for an appointment and now no one will get back to us about this letter that we need for legal reasons. Nurses have done nothing that they promised, office staff does not get back to you, and services are never rendered. We have filed a formal complaint with Kaiser, this is ridiculous! Update: Your office called my sister in law after I gave you her contact information and was terribly rude asking if the issue had been solved and then hanging up on her before she answered. What is wrong with you guys? Still no letter and we're going on three months!!! Everyday that letter isn't in hand I will be adding to this review. Everyone needs to know how poorly your patients are treated! Update: Day 87 still no letter or phone call Update: Day 88 still no letter or phone call

I went in because I’ve been feeling tingling and numbness on the right side of my face for months, I’ve gotten mri’s done on my neck and brain. He doesn’t care about his patients. He doesn’t try to talk with you to try and figure out what’s wrong, instead he leaves it to radiology who said the MRIs looked fine which is obviously wrong since I keep feeling tingling and pain on the right side. I told him everything I know, from my injury, to what makes it worse and instead of ordering another MRI or asking Radiology to take another look to see what could be causing it, he just tells me that we may never find what’s causing it. The amount of hopelessness i felt right there brought me to tears. I don’t know where to go from here. If a neurologist doesn’t try and see what’s wrong with my nerves then who do I turn to??? Avoid this doctor and kaiser at all costs, they just want your money, they could care less about your well being.
